Available Items presents ANIMAL HOUSE - a sellable exhibition of artistic habitats for seven types of animal species. Running April 25 - June 1, the show features original works by 18 creatives including: renowned design duo Chen Chen & Kai Williams; artist and artisanal dyer Audrey Louise Reynolds; designer, artist, and AVO Founder Brit Kleinman; multidisciplinary artist Mr. Liz Hopkins; and emerging design studio Outgoing. With designs spanning modern to whimsical, the show features a diverse array of imaginative habitats for wild and domesticated animals from a modernist bird sanctuary with a tongue-in-cheek reference to Philip Johnson's Glass House to a heated cat grotto and chic dog house that doubles as a side table.

Available Items is a design store and gallery situated in the heart of the Hudson Valley, NY. Opened in 2022 by design industry veterans Chad Phillips and Kristin Coleman, the store features a curated mix of vintage and modern furniture, objects, and art as well as an extensive selection of books and magazines about architecture, design, and the decorative arts. The gallery hosts rotating exhibitions of work, often by local artists, that blur the line between fine art and design.
