Interstice: Thresholds Carved with Light and Time is a solo exhibition of new stone sculptures by Marcus Vinícius De Paula, presenting a body of work defined by the integration of ancient materials with embedded light. Working in volcanic rock, granite, alabaster, and marble—some formed hundreds of millions of years ago—De Paula carves monumental forms that are activated by precisely integrated light sources, transforming dense stone into objects that oscillate between mass and luminosity. Anchored by the first indoor presentation of Titan, a ten-foot-tall immersive structure, the exhibition unfolds as a constellation of sculptural works that invite viewers to move through space and perception, situating human experience against the vast scale of geological and cosmic time while reflecting on both the fragility and endurance of human existence.

Since its inception, the gallery has proudly showcased extraordinary work by both established artists and the emerging talent of today.
