Superhouse presents Pattern Recognition: Superhouse at Five, a group exhibition bringing together 21 artists to mark the gallery’s fifth anniversary, on view November 6 through December 19, 2026. Composed almost entirely of works Superhouse has never shown, the exhibition draws on five years of exhibitions, research, and relationships with artists. It extends an inquiry pursued in earlier presentations, including Blurring the Timeline and The Odd Couple: how works from different generations and categories can illuminate one another. Here, artists’ practices meet across time and materials, revealing connections as well as tensions.

Superhouse

Superhouse is a New York-based platform and nomadic gallery founded in 2019 by Stephen Markos with a focus on art furniture and design. In addition to presenting IRL and digital exhibitions, Superhouse provides online programming including daily content, special events, and designer interviews with the likes of Gaetano Pesce and OrtaMiklos. Following its 2020 inaugural in-person show, Super Group, which highlighted work by 50+ international contemporary creatives, Superhouse exhibited historically important works from the Radical period of Italian design in a widely-recognized 3D experience, Different Tendencies.
