Afternoon Light Design Fair returns for its second edition during New York Design Week, bringing together more than 75 furniture, lighting, object, and material brands at WSA in Lower Manhattan. Founded by Deirdre Maloney and Minya Quirk, the fair combines a professional design marketplace with a more public-facing cultural format, with exhibitors including Carl Hansen & Søn, Anglepoise, USM, Symbol Audio, Resource Furniture, Gantri x Rarify, Humanscale, Zetr, Phase Design, Matthew McCormick, RAD Furniture, and more. Highlights include new product launches, North American and U.S. debuts, immersive installations, design publishing activations, food, music, and a multi-level show floor designed for discovery, commerce, and conversation. The fair opens with an invite-only VIP preview on May 16, followed by public and trade days from May 17–19.
