Frieze Seoul returns to COEX in Gangnam from 2–5 September 2026 for its fifth edition, once again presented in partnership with Kiaf SEOUL. More than 125 galleries from 30 countries will take part, with over 70% based in the Asia-Pacific region and more than 50 exhibitors maintaining permanent spaces in Seoul.
The 2026 fair introduces several changes to its programme, including a reimagined Focus section featuring 16 emerging galleries from across Asia and beyond. Two new curated sections will also debut: Material Practice, exploring the intersection of contemporary art and design, and Spotlight, dedicated to underrepresented artists of the 20th century.
Together, the additions reflect Seoul’s growing influence within the international art world and the increasing visibility of Korean artists and galleries across the region.
