UNIQUE DESIGN X MEXICO CITY

Nomadic collectible design fair Unique Design X proudly announces their return to the impactful creative ecosystem of Mexico City, where they will continue to foster space for dynamic cultural exchange and dialogue. Following the success of their first two editions, this year’s edition will highlight new, returning and emerging galleries, projects and creative leaders from Europe, Middle East, Asia and the Americas across art, fashion, architecture and design during Mexico Art Week.

This year’s presentation explores the innate, intricate and symbiotic essence of how art, objects and our surroundings inform how we live. The selected participants and their works evoke a commitment to creative thought and materiality in the exploration of how our surroundings create a language of our own. Inspired by Italian designer Bruno Munari’s sentiment that life is a kind of art informed by how we curate our lives, we invite you to experience the transformative essence of space, art and objects.

Positioned between history and contemporary expression, this edition celebrates objects as language, experience, and attunement. Returning key participants include Avantgardo (Mexico), Marion Friedmann (London), Carpenters Workshop Gallery (London, NYC, Paris and Dubai), Esteban Tamayo (Mexico), Lionel Jadot Zaventem (Belgium) and Casa Bosques (Mexico).We look forward to welcoming you.
