Homo Faber Fellowship

Homo Faber Fellowship is an international craft training programme presented by the Michelangelo Foundation for Creativity and Craftsmanship, the Geneva-based non-profit behind Homo Faber. Dedicated to supporting contemporary craftsmanship, the Foundation works with artisans, educators, and cultural partners to preserve traditional skills while making craft more visible and viable for future generations.

Today’s Masters Meet Tomorrow’s Talents presents work created by the 22 master artisan and emerging talent duos who took part in the third edition of the Fellowship. The eight-month programme, developed by the Michelangelo Foundation with institutional partners and founding partner Jaeger-LeCoultre, combines a creative and entrepreneurial masterclass with a sponsored placement in a master artisan’s workshop. Each pairing results in a co-created object, highlighting the cross-cultural and cross-disciplinary exchange at the heart of the programme.
